Primark Haul | PerfectlyPinkx

Hiya,
I went out shopping in Belfast the other weekend and I planned on only getting a few bits and bobs because I have lost quite a bit of weight since last spring and I was in bad need of some new clothes and for once we were getting really hot weather like 14-16 degrees!

I went into the Primark and I wasn't expecting to be as much as there was! To be completely honest I could I spent over £100 in there! But I limited myself because as you know I am going on a shopping weekend to Liverpool with my best friend Meghan!

The first thing I lifted was the nude pumps and I just thought they were lovely and smart looking for £6!

I then went and grabbed a pair of the jeans! I really just live in Primark jeans! I wear them more than my Asos jeans which are amazing!

I then saw the tops! Tops and blouses are my greatest fashion weakness! I saw this vest top and I loved straight away! The colour of it is gorgeous, it's so original and so not a colour that I would normally go for! Which I dont normally tend to do, because I like to stick to what I know!
I also picked up two basic t-shirts. A pink one and a grey one. Because 1. The are ridiculously comfy and 2. It's me we're talking about here if I see something pink I will need to buy it! Hehehe!

I don't think I have mentioned this before but I love Marvel with all my heart! Although if I had to chose between Disney and Marvel I couldn't possibly! More to the point I had to get this top because 'Avenger Age of Ultron' is coming out to cinemas in less than a month and I am beyond excited! But not to be too over the top and get like a full costume (which I would never unless it was Halloween) I thought this would casually, subtly but stylishly be appropriate!

Just before I left I grabbed a pair of tights because Primark tights are essential to every girl!

Before I left to go home I was going past Superdrug and I noticed that they had an offer of 3 for 2 so how could I not go in!
One of my many nieces was having a sleep in my room and I had all of my MUA lipstick out ready to photograph to do my lipstick collection. I then walk into to my room and there is lipstick everywhere! On the walls, on the curtains, EVERYWHERE! But I couldn't help but laugh about the situation!

If there is one thing anyone and everyone knows about me is that I never stop laughing! I laugh when I am nervous, scared, awkward, happy, sad. I am always laughing!
So of course I had to replace them and re purchase them! I got 'Tulip' and 'Pinky Pout' and they aren't my favorites of the collection but I do still like them! I also got a Elctro Baby Lips in 'Strike a Rose' but I forgot to put it in the picture. When I purchased the makeup I got a free makeup bag! Which is great because you can never have too many!

Lastly I just got the my favorite shampoo and conditioner. I like to use the Elvive Fibrology range but I also like mixing them about with other parts of the Elvive range too!

MUA Product Review | 'Heaven and Earth' Palette x

Everyone knows my love for MUA, but I mean like how could you not love it. It's inexpensive, its good quality, so in reality it's everything you want in makeup.

I really love the MUA eye shadows, I spoke about them in my travel makeup bag post. I bought this palette and 'Shade 3' on the same day and these product are what started my makeup collection.

MUA Eye Shadow Palette 'Heaven and Earth'

Honestly I couldn't say anything bad about this palette, the pigmentation is amazing and if you are like me and you are too outrageous with your makeup and you like to stick to the basic golds, browns and creams then this is right up your street.
I would tend to grab for this more often that I would grab for my 'Naked 2' palette. I'm not going to lie I adore my Naked 2 palette but I love it so much that I don't want to destroy it and use it all up because it was so much money. I love this palette too but just knowing that once I use this up I can go to Superdrug and buy another one for just £4, like that is incredible.
I will be doing a makeup starter kit post soon and this is in it! #sneekpeek

When I am doing my makeup with this palette I like to use 'Catacomb' on my lid (4th from the right). It's a lovely taupe type colour with some shimmer. I then like to put 'Aurora' in my inner corner (1st on the left) it is just a basic off white shade. Then to give to it some definition I like to put 'Amazonian Bronze' in my crease (2nd to the left) I don't really know how to describe this colour because it is a dark brown with a warm undertone but when it is blended it turns to this gorgeous light brown with a little shimmer.

I would definitely recommend this palette to anyone whether you are starting out in makeup or not but I would for sure go and check it out.

THIS IS NOT SPONSORED (like MUA would sponsor me hehehe)

Evening Routine | PerfectlyPinkx

I love the evening, it's my favorite time of day because once I have done my homework and revision it's all relaxing. I usually get my homework and revision done straight after school so it frees up my evenings.
Now that I don't have any clubs to go to I can really do what ever I fancy that evening.
Although I only do this routine every other night because it is a bit much in my opinion for every night.

The first thing I do I do a major skin cleanse this consists of washing, moisturiser and face masks.
  •  Firstly I wash my face with the 'Simple Moisturising Facial Wash' I don't really like this face wash to be honest, I got it to try out but I really wouldn't recommend it but what I would recommend is the 'Neutrogena Visibly Clear 2-in-1 Wash and Face Mask'. This face wash is my favorite ever, it is much more moisturising and I find that it is a so much better at deep cleaning too.
  •  The next thing I do is exfoliate my face I really like the 'Simple Smoothing Facial Scrub' I think it really does the job and because it is for sensitive skin it really is so gentle on your skin.
  • Following up the exfoliating I then do a face mask I really, really, really love this product it is the 'Soap and Glory No Clogs Allowed'  self heating mask it is so nice I really could go on for hours about this product but I will definitely talk more about it in another blog but trust me if you can buy this product for sure GO BUY IT!
  •  Fourthly I moisturize I like to use the 'Simple Rich Moisturiser' and the 'Soap and Glory Puff Eye Attack' eye cream. I have spoke about the both of these products in my 'Travel Essentials' blog post so if you want to know anything about them go check them over there.
  • Lastly I take my spot treatment its called 'Zap Zap Zap' I am not sure what brand this is but what I can tell you is that it has worked wonders for my skin. Honestly you put the tiniest little bit on and you wake up in the morning and the blemish/spot is very unnoticeable

I then take and wash my hair and wash my hair. I do often change my shampoo and conditioner just so my hair doesn't get used to one product because I have naturally oily hair which is extremely annoying but I have found this combination the best!
  • The shampoo I like to use is the 'L'Oreal Elvive Repairing Shampoo' this does exactly what is claims reduces split end and repairs hair.
  • I then use the 'L'Oreal Elvive Thickening Conditioner' again this product has done everything it has claimed. My hair is now thicker and healthier than ever.
Now this is the relaxing part..

    • When the bath is running I like to add some 'I Love Raspberry and Blackberry Bubble Bath' if there is one thing you will get to know about me is that I love RASPBERRY! Anything that smells or tastes like raspberry I'm in for it.
    • My favorite body wash is the 'Soap and Glory Clean Girls' it is very moisturizing bit mainly I like it because of the smell it is such a pretty smell.
    • I then take a dollop of 'Soap and Glory Flake Away' this body scrub is amazing before this I avoided using them as often as possible because they always really hurt my skin but this is much lighter but makes the job a lot nicer.
    • Lastly when I get out of the bath I put a little bit of 'The Daily Smooth' body lotion on. This smells smells like the body wash. It is very rich in texture but it's not sticky.

The last thing I do is.. Jump into bed and watch some Netflix. My favorite show at the minute is 'Suits' it is so good. I started watching it when 'Pretty Little Liars' stopped. Then I got obsessed with it, like can we just take a moment.. Patrick Adams, like what is life without him.
That's my 'Evening Routine'.
